A simple slip gift note can be included with any purchase free of charge - simply write in the notes section at checkout that you'd like a gift note and what you'd like the gift note to say!

International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. You will be provided with a customs clearance number once the item has shipped. It is up to the discretion of the receiving country to update this customs number with up to date tracking info. International orders MAY take up to 3 weeks to get to their destination depending on country and time of year. Buyer is responsible for customs clearance charges (if any).

Please understand that in the case that the shipment is accepted into the destination country but delayed or lost, it will be up to the buyer to contact their local post office to get relevant information. Items deemed lost after 3 weeks of non-delivery are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Most items ship Priority Mail (1-3 days) or First Class Mail (2-5 days) within the USA. If you would like for your item to be shipped via Express mail, please let me know before placing the order so that I can find out whether express is available in your area and what the extra cost would be.

Mugs are fragile and some are heavy. They are packaged with padding to keep them secure during transit times. Please understand that the shipping cost includes packaging materials + what USPS charges. I realize that shipping can get expensive given the cost of the mug and I am always looking for new alternatives to save you money on shipping charges.

On average, production time on items is 2-5 business days. During the busy seasons and major holidays that time may increase. (This does not include shipping times).

Below are the AVERAGE production times per item:
Cards and Small Prints: 1-2 business days.
Mugs: 3-7 business days.


I'm happy to give you my most current production times via email at the time of your purchase so that you can have a better idea of the timeline!

Please cancel orders within 1 hour of purchasing - otherwise they may already be in production. Cancellations after 1st hour may not be possible and a re-stocking fee may apply.

Returns: **Personalized items, such as mugs with your name or a custom quote you requested on them, are not eligible for return.** If you'd like to return your item please send it back to the return address on the box. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
